Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Bitshelf. Every product we sell is a digital download, such as printable PDF planners, trackers, templates and worksheets. We don't ship any physical items, so there are no shipping fees and no waiting for a package.

How you get your files


Once your payment is confirmed, you can download your files right away:

  • On the order confirmation page, straight after checkout.
  • By email, from a message sent to the address you used at checkout.
  • From your account, if you created one, under your order history.
  • Your download is a ZIP file. On a computer, double-click it to open. On iPhone or iPad, tap it in the Files app to unzip, then open the PDF. On Android, open it with the Files app and tap Extract.

There's nothing to install. Open the PDF on your device, then print it at home or at a print shop, or use it digitally in a PDF or note-taking app.

Shipping costs

Delivery is free on every order. You'll never pay shipping or handling fees at Bitshelf.

Where we deliver

Because our products are digital, you can buy them from anywhere in the world. Prices are shown in US dollars, and your bank may convert them to your local currency. Sales tax may be added at checkout where the law requires it.

If you don't receive your files

  1. Check your spam, junk or promotions folder for an email from Bitshelf.
  2. Check the email address on your order. If it has a typo, the download email may have gone elsewhere.
  3. Still nothing after 1 hour? Email help@bitshelf.net with your order number and we'll send your files directly.

If a link has expired or won't open, email us with your order number and we'll send you a new one at no cost.

Most of our files are designed for US Letter paper.

For best results, print a single test page first and choose "Actual size" or "100%" in your print settings. Most of our files are designed for US Letter paper. Printing costs, paper and ink are your responsibility.

Personal use

Your purchase is for personal use only. You may print as many copies as you need for yourself, but please don't share, resell or redistribute the files.
